We have welcomed guests to Bali for the past 5 years as their base for enjoying the delights of the Island.
We have two private villas side by side with separate entrances; one has five bedrooms, the other four bedrooms. we create the villa to provide a quiet get-away from the hustle and bustle of Bali, yet only minutes away from the centre of Seminyak. The layouts of both villas makes them ideal for families, groups of friends or couples.
Our 5 bedroom villa Seminyak has a contemporary design with subtle Balinese touches and offers modern facilities. And our 4 bedroom villa Seminak is a traditional Balinese home with modern comforts. Both villas offer full facilities, including wifi throughout.
Both Villas have lush gardens and private pool with outdoor entertaining area. Sun decks and Balinese Bales make them a great place to unwind.
The Villas are within walking distance to a myriad of restaurants, spas and shopping and a 5 min taxi ride to beautiful Seminyak beach for a sunset stroll and drinks.
Our 5 bedroom villa
A fully self-contained 5 bedroom villa, The villa is spread over two levels overlooking the sparkling central pool and tropical gardens. Perfect for families, groups or couples, the villa can sleep 13 comfortably. All rooms have TV, air-conditioning, fan and mosquito netting.
A large lounge area is accessed through bi-fold doors which can be closed for added privacy and security. Furnishings include a 4 meter long sofa lounge, antique coffee table, scatter cushions, tub chairs, bean-bags and Plasma/ Satellite TV.
The fully equipped open air kitchen is adjacent to the open air dining area, with its rustic timber dining table (seats 10), overlooking the pool and gardens. The lush gardens is surrounding the pool area and has an outdoor shower, lawn, sundeck and a large Bale covered by traditional Alang Alang thatch, perfect for lounging at any time.
We are trying to be as ecofriendly as possible and have solar power in the main building.
Our 4 bedroom villa
A beautifully refurbished Balinese 4 bedroom villa, perfect for groups, couples or families, sleeping 8, The villa is spread over two levels overlooking the large pool and luxurious gardens. All bedrooms have plasma TV, air-conditioning and mosquito netting.
The fully equipped modern kitchen with polished concrete is adjacent to the open air dining and lounge area, with its modern dining table (seats 10). The lounge area has a music system, library and comfortable furnishings overlooking the pool and gardens.
The Pool area is surrounded by tropical gardens and has an outdoor shower, lawn, sundeck and a Balinese Bale situated over a pond filled with fish and turtles, surrounded by tropical plants and covered by traditional Alang Alang thatch, perfect for reading, relaxing or having a quiet drink.
Recognizing the importance of being ecofriendly, we have installed an air-heater and energy efficient air conditioners and other electrical appliances.
Our Staff
Our wonderful staff includes a daily housekeeper per villa. A customer manager, a driver, a gardener, a pool man and a villa manager. Their aim is to ensure you enjoy your holiday in Bali to the utmost. They are responsible for daily cleaning of the villa and surrounds. Assisting with taxis, dealing with any mishaps, replenishing water, soap, changing sheets and towels.
